No, it hasn't officially been released yet; although a few sites
have gotten preliminary copies. However, the only thing left to be
done is some documentation tidy-up and finishing the upgrade scripts.
If you want to play with it, it is running at csuite.tc.ca. This
machine probably won't be available for much more then a week, since
after that, I'll be using it to test the upgrade procedures and
finalise the CD sets. Announcements about what is happening with
development go to csuite-dev. I guess in the future, we should
consider putting availability announcements and status reports on
csuite-announce, which is an extremely low volume mailing list.

You might have noticed that the CD was hand labeled, CSuite
1.1fc3. That means that it is a "final candidate" or "release
candidate". It is beyond beta in that it is what we intend to release,
but it isn't the actual release. If you're wondering why we got upto
1.1fc3, it is because there were some build problems with the earlier
fc's, but no serious code changes.
