Sorry, the clean target must've removed Makefile (though I don't remember
seeing code to do this).

Makefile-csuite is parsed into Makefile (the @@@variable@@@ substitutions
are replaced) with
#  /var/csuite/lib/mksub Makefile-csuite Makefile
