Index of Subjects
Index of Subjects I have worked as the publicist for Triad Films since their inception. In particular Peter d'Entremont and I have worked together on projects in various contexts since 1988. In particular he has delegated to me the responsibility of setting up and coordinating a website for Triad, a project which I directed towards the CCN as a result of my involvement here. Peter has no experience with the CCN and has no CCN login (and no plans to acquire one). The CCN deals with a plethora of organizations organized in various ways. We have never rigidly defined who should sign IP Agreements; in some cases it has been Board Members (where such exist); in other cases it has been staff people within an organizations; in other instances others. I submitted the application to cdnnet.ca for the Triad Domain. Brian Kaye (the CDNNET administrators) simply asked Triad to Fax a confirmation of the application to him (which they did). In any event, since this concern has been raised I'll have Peter send another copy of the IP Agreement to the Office. Chris _._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._.
