Do I hear you volunteering to do so ...? ;-> Note that if you submit an application for a domain name registration through CDNnet you may well have to submit all (or much of) the information which is listed there. In fact in the past, one did since this template is modelled precisely on their application form. Things may have changed and they might now require less (or more!) but someone would have to explore this. In general, of course, its better to have too much information than too little.
