There has been a change which affects the page:
http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/Services/IPsupport/vdn.html
In the section which reads:
If you would like a domain name of the form *.ORG, *.NET or *.COM then:
1.Visit the Internic website located at http://www.internic.com/. Read
the information located there on what a
domain name is; the registration procedure; pricing for domain names.
the InterNic website is no longer functioning. internic.net does work,
but redirects you to:
http://www.networksolutions.com
...from where you can proceed with registering a domain name in .ORG, .NET
or .COM
