Hello, My name is Neill Evans and I want to become an Information Provider on Chebucto and get my Web Page up and running. Except for a few minor changes, I'm basically ready to get my page on the Internet. I started filling out your IP Online Information Form, but it seems that I need a Private E-Mail list and a login ID. How do I go about this?
