Here's the structure: we routinely offer our IPs two majordomo lists
(additional lists available on request). The first (called ml-priv
in our jargon) is what we call an internal admin list for use by people
wanting to reach the people responsible for the administration of a site.
In your case it is <pride @chebucto.ns.ca>. Who should be on it are the
editors of your site:

          Gary Hanrahan [4] dbInfo [5] Profile av314
          Ross Boutilier [6] dbInfo [7] Profile aw064
          Daniel MacKay [8] dbInfo [9] Profile av231
          Jane Kansas [10] dbInfo [11] Profile as300

This list name is keyed to file installation on our system so that every
document install in your site is stamped with this address as the 'owner'
of the document and users using Lynx's C)omment feature are automatically
directed to this address in relation to site feedback, etc.

The additional list (called ml-pub in our jargon) doesn't yet exist for
your site. It can (within certain restrictions) be called whatever you
want it to be and can be used for whatever purpose you wish. It can be
open or closed, private or public, moderated or not and archived or not.

Just decide what configuration you want, what it's to be called, what it's
purpose is and let us know and it can be created. Unfortunately, I can't
do this directly for you: you need to contact David Potter of Mailing List
Administration to have it set up.

Any questions?

Cheers!

Chris
