I had problems for a while on a system running b2.0-corrected.
For some mysterious reason, 'i?' stopped working. I installed a new
ips.html and verified the ownership and permissions. I made sure it
looked exactly the same as on another system that was still working.
But, no go. Eventually, it started working again on its own for some
mysterious reason. I was never able to figure out why it stopped
working or why it started working again. During the time 'i?' didn't
work, 'i<some shortcut>' did continue working.
