i)p shortcut badly broken.

lib/mk-ipjumpfile -> ips.html seems to have been the problem...
Every time it rebuilt it was becoming growing larger not 
being sorted properly and becoming inaccessible...

I think the script was failing on a call to sort -uf but I wasn't able to 
tell for sure... I've added a `sort | uniq` and it's now working 
properly...
