Hello Chris and Colin,

If we have made a commitment we will live up to it, as long as it is
reasonable. Each year we should be having a discussion with each IP about
how things are going and what needs to be done to strengthen the
partnership. Obviously, one aspect of this is figuring out how to
contribute to each others growth. One way, but hardly the only way, to
contribute to our growth is through a financial contribution. No doubt
there are a huge numbers of ways we can help each other.

Our failing. The original folks overlooked collecting annual contributions
from IP's. We need a system similar to what we have for individuals.
Automated renewal notices, with the options clearly explained. One option
is to pay nothing but send in a signed note requesting continued use of CCN.

Which part is not clear?

- basic services at no cost
- tiered annual fees for higher levels of services
