Hi Ben,

   The only place that you can upload a file to CCN from your home 
computer safely without messing up permissions is your home files 
directory.  Anywhere else and you can cause write and read permission 
problems and need to use 'm' and 'p'.

   Even FTP'ing into your IP directoy can sometimes foul up permissions.
