     Nope, see my previous notes.  Some parts of the tq subsystem are
matching inappropriately, but the other parts aren't.

     This is only because you have serial ports directly attached to
your system.  His system, like ours, uses terminal servers, so both
dialup and telnet connections come in over the network, which means
that they will both show up in the same group.  This is why the fourth
field, hostname, is used on dialup, to distinguish between the two
clases.  However, see above, and my previous note...

} What do your get when you do a `tty` from dialup and telnet?

     He would get the same for both, /dev/ttyp*.
