A ccn user asked what would happen (blackout) if they had a problem
and were dumped off the system...

Well... we trap signal 15 and go ahead with a normal blackout
calculation.... that's not too too bad because if a user has only
been logged on for a few minutes the blackout is reduced... although we
might want to look at some additional adjustment at some point...
*.5 or something...?

----- continuing on...

Currently in tshell we trap signal 1 and 15.

My unix book lists signals 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, and 13 ...as generating a
core dump... can we trap _these_ signals in the (t)shell and
automatically delete any core files generated? This would both save a few
messages to userhelp, reduce user quota problems and save disk space...

...and/or can we use the (t)shell to log non-standard (non-HUP) 'exit'
signals as an indicator of system health...
