} That is the latest version.

} By the end of this month we will have a definitive version 1.0. Not only

Is this definite? I need to do an HP-UX port next month. If 1.0
is ready, I may try using it.

Speaking of ports, I have an old Sun 3, on which I plan to
install NetBSD. I know that Libertel is using FreeBSD, and PGFN is
(or was) using BSDI. All three of these are based on 4.4BSD. If done
right, a single port should run on all of them, and OpenBSD as well.
I do recall some mail from the summer tossing about the idea of
switching from Linux to FreeBSD, as well. Personally, I think that
would be a very good idea. Anyways, we should co-ordinate efforts in
this area.

Is there going to be any kind of upgrade plan, or easy way for
those of us with running production systems, to install newer parts?
