EXCEPT, in the process I (randomly) checked the quota for the new accounts - they were not set. Further checking revealed that none of the accounts created through the online registration have quotas set. The CS_ROOT/private/passwd file does have entries like: CMD:q:aa016:guest which are supposed to set the quota for the user. I have set them by hand. I will check into it further in the near future.
