I have talked on the phone to John since I started this reply, but I
thought a few questions here should be on the record.

Once again, my apologies -- I guess that these didn't seem like high
priority questions at teh time, but I admit that is a poor excuse.

csuite-tech is pretty high traffic, but you do get up to the minute
reports on what is happening here.  I recommend it over the short term.

No, we have no platform on which to do it.  We would certainly be
receptive to doing so if we have a network-accessable machine 
with root access so we can run remote diagnostics and fix things.

Why do you like NIS+?

We are distributing late 2.6 now and 2.7 by release of 1.0
