Can you try to login as "visiteur" and see what happens?

I prefer to refer this to my technical guru, David Trueman.

If it can help non-Francophones to improve their French reading skills, it
will be an achievement I will be very proud of! Actually, I perfectly
understand your situation, because I, too, have less proficiency in spoken
English than written English. I am excited about the RCC because it goes
beyond serving the francophones. It also helps the non-francophones and
this, to me, is extremely valuable and a boost to go ahead! A few days ago,
for instance, I received a message in French from Edward Dyer. It came as a
very nice surprise and I know many non-francophones have skills that they
might be shy to practice, but they should not, because this is the way I
learned English too.

Thanks for your encouragement, Clive, and I can ensure you we will do our
best to make RCC a top-winner, the same has CCN was recognized a top-winner
in 1995!
