Index of Subjects Gary and David, I think both some sort of "instant activation" and "access everywhere" capability is really important. What if worked together on something? Is there a way to fast track a 40% solution? Emu would probably be negotiable on the "fee" if we were going to do it for a whole country! The legal issues are moot as far as I can tell. Our lawyer has said an "I Agree" button is sufficient. I applied for a mortgage recently from the TD Bank on-line and they had an "I Agree this is the same as signing a written document". Whose security are we thinking of? If it is ours, then we should be very careful. If it is the potential user, we should just be super explicit that they need to be careful. I think we should be careful about protecting people from themselves to such an extent that we limit what we can offer.
