Some users also have problems with terminal emulation, much of the time
this can be traced to faulty emulation programmed software not meeting
minimum standards. I suspect this might be the case with zmodem.

Perhaps we could find what versions of user software worked with zmodem
and which did not?

If my suspicions are wrong and it is the CSuite host zmodem software, then
changing it might help those users now complaining about problems but
maybe not those currently happy with their downloading.
