Thanks for your enquiry about CSuite Software.

As you are probably aware, CSuite Software offers numerous features that
will assist with your objectives and enhance the learning experiences of
your users. It is purpose built to enable communities like yours to work
together in establishing an on-line electronic communications presence,
while enabling, through training and support, large numbers of individual
and organisational users.

To accomplish this, expect that:

* installation time, not including hardware and configuration information
preparation time, for a complete RedHat Linux and CSuite Software to be
around 3 hours; this will vary, of course, with the processor speed.
We will support installation free of charge - please see below.

* ongoing maintenace will depend, as is the case with almost all new
software, on the CSuite Administrators's abilty, computer knowledge,
including UNIX knowledge. We will support the first 30 days
post-installation free of charge - please see below.

Once the 1.0 version is available - anticipated very soon - we will be
offering free installation and 30 days free post-installation support via
email only for qualified sites. Also available, will be CSuite
Administrator training and ongoing support for reasonable - yet to be
determined - fees.

Please feel free to contact me should you have further questions.
