I set my Netscape 4 language preferences list to be English (en) and
then French (fr). I connect to Chebucto: http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/
and I get the French page, because Chebucto defines index.html.fr but
not index.html.en. Is this a CSuite deficiency, or is Netscape doing
the language stuff incorrectly?
