Word on the Street

Chebucto volunteers were out in force to man the Internet Tent at Word on the Street on Sunday, September 29. In the afternoon a link was made with Toronto and Vancouver so that a joint story could be developed on line in the spirit of encouraging reading, writing and general literacy.

Joan MacIntosh organized the schedule for the volunteers after a general call was made to the volunteer list.
