planet, the situation of the poo --000000000000862a9f058b9cb88e Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Re Richard's email: First of all, does it have to be "either- or"? Take it as an opportunity to put in a plug for ecologically sound forestry, farming, fishing, mining (at least doing the least damage and compensating somehow), etc. There is a way to farm ecologically, to minimize or compensate for the damage done by mines, mills, etc. (- perhaps even of highways, shopping malls, housing developments, car lots and wind turbines...? ) IF people care about the habitat (of both humans and wildlife). And be ready with a few websites or local people/organizations to refer them to.
