Index of Subjects A few recent additions to the SFA table http://nsbirdsociety.ca/library/resources/spring-first-arrivals Broad-winged Hawk in Yarmouth American Golden Plover on CSI Whimbrel in Blue Rocks Short-billed Dowitcher on CSI Lesser Yellowlegs on Conrads Beach, HFX Eastern Kingbird in Cumberland Co Eastern Wood Pewee Blue-headed Vireo in Kings Cliff Swallow in CB Veery at Hartlens Pt The E Wood Pewee was three weeks ahead of normal relative to the last four years. It was heard singing by the observer in Pictou Co. A unmistakable and very welcome sound for any of us who live in the woods. Rest now, things are really going to get moving soon- look at all those empty warbler spaces. Please let me know of any needed changes or additions to the table. Early reports often surface and adjustments are made all the time. Nancy
