I = would volunteer to be one such person if asked. There are also a few new coffee brewers becoming established in Nova = Scotia. For example, one in southwestern Nova Scotia is Sissiboo Coffee = Roaster which has certified fair trade and organic blends. Perhaps this = Bird Society working group could present the benefits of bird friendly = certified coffee to these new businesses.
