This is my semiannual (or so) reminder of a few problems you might run into trying to post to this forum: 1. Majordomo (the Chebucto mail server) still doesn't like messages containing links (URLs) with the <dot>php extension. It dumps those messages into e-mail limbo, and I usually have better things to do than to rummage around in the "spam" to find legitimate posts. 2. Majordomo (yes, that guy again) doesn't like certain words in the Subject line, "test" and "help" being two of them, and he dumps them into the spam folder. 3. You try to post from a different e-mail address than the one you are subscribed with. In that case, Majordomo just doesn't recognize you as a member, and. . . yes. . . spam folder again. 4, Majordomo thinks your message is too big (too many characters). Sometimes this is caused by an attachment, sometimes by too much code lurking under your message (HTML is often the culprit here). So, four things to check for if you find your inbox sadly missing that important post. Any other problems? Please let me know.
