  <div>
   Hi All
  </div>
  <div>
   Yesterday was a day for a paddle but when I got to Keji the wind
  </div>
  <div>
   was up enough to make a solo paddle less than pleasant.
  </div>
  <div>
   But before I got to hike I meet Donna and she gave me a plaque
  </div>
  <div>
   for volunteering in the park -&#160;image a reward for having fun!
  </div>
  <div>
   But as always the staff are very kind.
  </div>
  <div>
   So I went to McGinty Lake Trail. This is an old trail which is no longer
  </div>
  <div>
   kept up but fine for walking. A few trees down over the trail but nothing serious.
  </div>
  <div>
   It crosses a brook three times with little bridges. Very nice with running water.
  </div>
  <div>
   I sat on each bridge and on each bridge was able to see White Suckers going
  </div>
  <div>
   up to spawn. Not thousands - more like dozens but I&#39;m sure if I had kept track
  </div>
  <div>
   the total would have been in the hundreds. These fish are bigger than the white perch
  </div>
  <div>
   that I saw the other day. As a guess 25 - 40 cms. Pretty fish with a light brown stripe.
  </div>
  <div>
   The brook goes into Grafton Lake, there must be a lot of fish in that lake all told.
  </div>
  <div>
   A great day they made.
  </div>
  <div>
   Insects were out good too but the black flies weren&#39;t too bad with the wind. I took
  </div>
  <div>
   no precautions about ticks, walked in the bushes, sat under trees just ignored them
  </div>
  <div>
   and I had none on me all day. There was a hatch of Mayflies at one point, and a few all
  </div>
  <div>
   along the brook. There was a lot of a pretty little blue butterfly in the woods. Some places
  </div>
  <div>
   a lot. Also a pretty orange moth.
  </div>
  <div>
   A very alive place.
  </div>
  <div>
   Enjoy the spring
  </div>
  <div>
   Paul
