This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --Boundary_(ID_I+4zB68vlPE6c8X+ZZGkxQ) Content-type: text/plain; CHARSET=US-ASCII; format=flowed Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT I enjoyed my first walkabout at Jerry Lawrence Provincial Park this morning, about a 2-1/2 hour effort. 12 warbler species were on territory including *Canada Warbler*. Reliable nesting species such as *Common Yellowthroat* and *American Redstart *were not found although I've met them in other locations including my own back yard. *Nashville Warbler* is a recent arrival, possibly last night's. Laura and I found a Canada Warbler here about 14 years ago when we first birded this area. Each year thereafter Canada Warbler has nested in the same location, a 20 metre wide stretch of Acadian forest complete with the obligatory wet understory. Here's a site I never knew exisited: http://novascotia.ca/natr/forestry/treeid/Trees_Of_Acadian_Forest2.pdf -- Hans Toom http://www.hanstoom.com http://www.hanstoom.com/blog --Boundary_(ID_I+4zB68vlPE6c8X+ZZGkxQ) Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Content-transfer-encoding: 8BIT <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> </head> <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000"> I enjoyed my first walkabout at Jerry Lawrence Provincial Park this morning, about a 2-1/2 hour effort. 12 warbler species were on territory including <b>Canada Warbler</b>.
