This patch of 26 clumps was I have since = noticed that C. fragilis (Holmsk.) Fr. is more correct and the name is = descriptive of this very brittle fungus. This area was selectively logged in 2000, with chainsaw and porter, = to salvage studwood from dying Spruce. It also gave the hardwood more = room.
