The sighting won't show up from the Explore data tab for the reasons =
pointed out by James.=20



To find it in eBird click the "My eBird tab

           =20

Click on "Manage my Alerts" near the lower right



If you type Nova Scotia into the rectangle under Rare Bird Alerts you =
can then view the list of recent rare sightings or subscribe to the =
alert. In that case eBird will email you with the sightings either once =
per day or once per hour.
You can also set up alerts for =E2=80=9Cyear needs=E2=80=9D or other =
areas etc. I found this very useful when visiting Ontario earlier this =
year.=20
