Hi all, Before getting out today to to refill the feeders ( I worked last night) I was having coffee after getting up today and noticed a Blue Jay in the yard retreiving and eating sunflower seeds. Nice to see that they are not all going to waste. Also had a Sharpie dive bombing some Jays in the yard a few days ago....unfortunately it didn't bag any. There are still about 25 Ring Neck Ducks on the lake, and a some W.W. Crossbills in the hood' but they haven't made an appearance at the feeders yet. Still the usual Nuthatches,Goldfinches etc.. cheers, Gary Murray Tucker Lake Beaverbank NS
