Index of Subjects Seen at 1:15 p.m. today behind the Sobey's shopping plaza at the foot of Hammond's Plains Rd. in Bedford was a Western Kingbird. It was in the N. corner of the back parking lot, where there are small trees and lots of rock. It perched on the power lines and tops of small trees in between fly-catching. Yellow lower breast, white tail edges, dark line through eye, white patch on Left wing which may have had some damage, or maybe just moulting. There was a flock of Am. Robins there too, eating multiflora rose hips. Lois Codling
