I saw several Yellow Collared Scape moths today as well in the Chebucto =
Head area, Ferguson lists the second brood as Aug9-Oct 15.=20
Common Ringlet wasn't around when Ferguson's book came out so there is =
really only data from elsewhere to go by. Considered mainly single =
brooded with occasional second brood specimens rare in the nineties, our =
prolonged summers now seem to have enabled a complete second brood =
running from mid August to early October.
