ica, sans-s --20cf302d4bbcabc44e04bd82ce62 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Dear All, I highly recommend Bushell's Excursion line for an inexpensive quality binocular with several nice features (nitrogen purged, roof prism, armoured, multicoated optics). Allison has a nice pair of 8x42 from this line, and we bought a pair of 10x42 for my father. Mine are Celestron Noble 10x50 roof prism, but I don't think they're made anymore. Both Bushnell and Celestron sell binoculars that range from junk to fairly high end sets, unlike a company like Swarovski that really sells excellent units across their product range. My brother-in-law is very happy with his Nikon Monarchs, which are similar in quality to the abovementioned sets, but a little pricier. I patronise the local Antigonish 5-to-a-dollar store, which has a good selection of optics and digital camera gear. The following site was very helpful in doing comparison shopping when I bought: http://www.optics4birding.com/ Bruce -- Bruce Stevens Maryvale, NS --20cf302d4bbcabc44e04bd82ce62 Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Dear All,

I highly recommend Bushell's Excursion line for an ine= xpensive quality binocular with several nice features (nitrogen purged, roo= f prism, armoured, multicoated optics).
