Hi All=2C
   I used a service like Abebooks a few years back but was worried that wha=
t happened to DW might occur. My solution was to locate and contact by phon=
e the bookstore actually selling the book I was seeking. It was located in =
Hamilton  (if memory serves) and they were very helpful=3B offering to send=
 the book that day and only receive payment (by personal check) after I had=
 received the book and was happy with the purchase. I don't expect this sol=
ution will work for everyone as well as it did for me but at least you are =
dealing with a human being.
