For clarification, contact John Woodford <jwoodford@easthants.ca> Director of Planning and Development, 1-866-758-2299 or 758-2715. It is curious that, in 2011, a municipality would be eliminating protection when the province is searching for land to preserve and protect..... Anyone who lives in that area is encouraged to attend and/or make a presentation. Public parks, trails, and walkways subject to the Open Space (OS) Zone requirements. b. Nature reserves c. Flood control or other like public works I do not think this land use bylaw is included in the hearing but is included for information only. 9.4 Environmental Risk (ER) Zone 9.4.1 Permitted Uses No development permit shall be issued in an (ER) Zone except for one or more of the following: a. (R2) uses subject to the (R2) zone requirements b. Agricultural uses, excluding intensive agricultural uses, subject to the (AR) zone requirements c. Conservation Related Uses d. Forestry uses e. Flood control or other like public works f. Open space uses subject to the (OS) zone requirements g.
