A friend and I selected Blue Beach - not a place I go often but a good selection yesterday. We sat on the beach and fished - not catching much I might add but another fellow had a few down the beach which kept our hope up. Lots of folks out walking some with their dogs others searching for fossils. As usual lots stopped to talk. One gentleman was especially knowable about fossils and gave us a Fossils 101 lecture - very interesting. The tide turned about 2 pm - high to low and the ebbs and rips that develop are interesting. Some sticks of wood would go flowing out with the tide only to get in a rip and come back up stream. How that happens is a mystery to me but there is was to see. As far as birds - it would not be of much interest to bird watchers. Yesterday at least. A few gulls looking for discarded bait and a steady string of crows heading for a night on the town. Just a great day for mid November. Enjoy the fall Paul ---2114655128-776676342-1321275757=:19568 Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii <html><body><div style="color:#000; background-color:#fff; font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;font-size:12pt"><div>Hi All</div><div>Like several other folks on the group we also went out for the day.</div><div>A friend and I selected Blue Beach - not a place I go often but</div><div>a good selection yesterday.</div><div>We sat on the beach and fished - not catching much I might add but another fellow</div><div>had a few down the beach which kept our hope up.</div><div>Lots of folks out walking some with their dogs others searching for fossils.</div><div>As usual lots stopped to talk.
