Thought I'd swing by Hartlen Point and see if I could get a rarity or two t=
his afternoon. I managed to find two Blue Grosbeaks near the tower (making =
repeated flights SW, so they may be on the move) but the only warbler I got=
close enough to for ID was a common yellowthroat.=A0=0A=0AOut on the water=
I spotted a razorbill, several gannets, a small flock of black scoters and=
of course eiders, black ducks, cormorants and the typical gulls. Also thre=
e seals (harbour, I think).=A0=0A=0AThe only shorebirds I found were five s=
anderlings at MacCormack's Beach.=0A=0AKathleen MacAulay=0A
