Hi All=0AToday we went to Stoney Pool for a few hours to hear=0Athe water a=
nd see the river.=0AThe Caddis Fly larva in their sand cases were interesti=
ng.=0AThe cases were 6 - 7 mm long made of glued grains of sand.=0AWhat was=
 interesting was they were confined to a few rocks. Perhaps=0A12 - 15 on on=
e rock and none on any rocks near by - and there was plenty.=0Aand then ano=
ther rock a few meters away the same story.=0AHard to know why but the larv=
a must have known.=0AA pair of Ospreys circled over head - it would be dang=
erous for them to dive in that=A0=0Awater. Better to go on the Dartmouth fe=
