Roughly 8:30-9:30 on a clear night, as tonight will be. 3. I can't speak for Jim, altho I've just left a msg on his machine, but odds are 90% he'll be there. You don't need a guide anyway. 4. The chimney is on Front St. just one block N of Main St. Turn right at Timmies & take next left. Proceed to mini-park on right. Chimney obvious. Regards, Rick.
