Subject: [NatureNS] Northern Lapwing and Harp Seal?

I found the Northern Lapwing this morning at 7:40AM at the White Point =
Golf Club. The story is here: =
http://www.hanstoom.com/Journal/Journal1.html

On Saturday I encountered a seal at East Chezzetcook lounging well =
clear of the water. It appeared perfectly healthy but the species is =
one I haven't seen in ten years of walking the coastline. The closest =
match I found was Harp Seal but set me straight if I'm wrong. Here's =
two photos: http://www.hanstoom.com/StockPhotos/Wildlife/0118.html This =
is a very attractive seal!
