Hi again,

Thanks Tuma --

I also have iBird Pro, and after reading your note I realized you can do
that. If you turn on Location Services in the iPhone, it can record where
you are at the time. I haven't used it so far. What I now sometimes do is
enter data into eBird (I have the website bookmarked as an app on my iPhone
home screen), and use the option to e-mail the report back to myself, and I
can then forward it to NatureNS etc.

I also bought the iPhone app version of the Sibley Guide, which I think is
better than iBird pro for visual ID. Both are similar for playing bird
vocalizations. Each has its pros and cons. I also have one called Birds of
N.Europe, as I travel to the UK from time to time.
