I assume you speak about the twist-up eyecups and not the rain-guards. 
Eyecups are manufacturer and model specific, therefore there is hardly a 
general solution. Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer.

I don't know what model of Eagles you own, but some of their products are 
covered by a life time no fault warranty and you can have them repaired or 
replaced for a small fee.  Just check their website or with the retailer 
where you purchased them on how to proceed.
