Hi; I didn't see this notice on here, so my apologies if you receive it twice: Sat 15 May - Sun 16 May 2010 – Out-of-Area Meeting/Atlas Workshop Speakers: Becky Stewart (Atlas Coordinator), and Joan Czapalay (Region 15). This year’s Out-of-Area Meeting/Atlas Workshop will be held at the Four Seasons Retreat in Upper Economy, Colchester County, and will promote Region 15: Chignecto Peninsula. Join Joan on Saturday morning, 9:00 am, at Mo’s Restaurant in Five Islands for a square bash of 20MR13 and 20MR14. Any who wish to check out early birds in the Five Islands alder swamp may join Joan from 6-8 am at Mo's. If you’re not arriving until noon, check into your housekeeping cottage and enjoy your lunch at one of the picnic tables on the grounds. Then join Dave Harris in the afternoon for a walk (and atlassing) of the cliffs on the Bay of Fundy, a tidal river, beaver pond, Acadian forest, nearby wetlands, and more, all within a few minutes walk from the cabins. Dinner will be at a local restaurant. The meeting will start at 7:30 pm in the Conference Centre. Sunday morning make breakfast in your own cottage, then join one of our trip leaders for a priority square bash of 20MR34 (Sugarloaf Mountain) in the morning and/or 20LR72 (Port Greville with Joan: Meet at the Age of Sail Museum in Port Greville at 1:00 pm).
