The nest was active, with 3 eggs, and an adult. Despite being very close to a private and well-used residential doorway, Mom and eggs seem fine. I won't reveal the location - it's on private property and obviously disturbance needs to be minimized, but I'll let people know the outcome. A nice confirmation for the Atlas.
