APR. 20, 2010 - Finally, after reports as early as April 12? in  
Halifax and Rose Bay, I spotted a Norway maple in bloom in  
Wolfville.  At least some sugar maples had open flowers by April 15  
-- in most years Norway maple blooms first in Wolfville, I think.
