All: Jim Wilson, well-known NB naturalist, sent this to me thinking (correctly, surely) that this exhibit would be of interest to list members. There were also images attached to Jim's message, but alas they cannot be forwarded. Don Davis Toronto, ON [Show Quoted Text - 54 lines][Hide Quoted Text] Dear Sir or Madam: Please find enclosed and attached information about "The Incredible World of Bugs" exhibit coming to Mic Mac Shopping Centre in Halifax from June 24 - 26/10 This exhibit toured Ontario last year to great acclaim, given it's educational and scientific value. It certainly reflects the passion of John G. Powers, a retired policeman, and his 50 years of insect study. John holds a record in the Guinness Book of Records for owning the world's largest moth, and John will be available to answer questions. The exhibit is co-sponsored by Orkin. John has also collected over 325 cards bearing a letter and photograph of a celebrity who has written, sang a song or created some other work related to butterflies. John has also received such letters from recipients of his gift of butterflies. John's latest letter, on display, is one from President Obama and family. This show is a must for everyone!.
