All:

The first reported of our spring "blues and reds" was a singing(!)
male Scarlet Tanager at 6606 South Street on Saturday last, just
phoned in to to me by Nita Graham. It was early, but not record-early.

It flew to the south after a while, so will not be worth looking for
on lower South St.

Cheers, Ian

Ian McLaren
