Visited the Aspotogan Peninsula and drove the whole loop via Baywater,
Blandford, and East River. The best show was Black Point Cove, just before
the little bridge and Queensland. Lots of diving birds. Horned Grebes
were close at times. It was just after high tide.

10+ Horned Grebes (six in a tight group)
1 Red necked Grebe
1 Great Cormorant
2 Red Breasted Mergansers
4 Common Loons
4 White winged Scoters
8 Long tailed Ducks
few Common Eiders
3 Common Goldeneyes
2 Buffleheads
2 Black Guillemot
2 Black ducks

Mill Cove

2 Red Necked Grebes
Loons
Red Breasted Mergansers
6 White winged scoters
Common Goldeneyes
Common Eiders
Black guillemots

Cheers, liz
