Sure looks like an accipiter - Sharp-shinned or Cooper's. The image is a bit dark but the first pic seems to show a rather rounded tail which would indicate COHA. But, of course, SSHA is much more common in NS at all seasons. Was the image taken in NS? Peter, many of us on NatureNS miss your postings and thoughtful comments!
